[vtkusers] Procedure Entry Point not found

Hi David,

I am using a vtkSonixVideoSource class in addition to VTK's own classes.

class VTK_EXPORT vtkSonixVideoSource : public vtkVideoSource

The corresponding vtkTypeMacro statements are:

vtkSonixVideoSource.h : vtkTypeMacro(vtkSonixVideoSource,vtkVideoSource);

vtkSonixVideoSource.cxx : vtkCxxRevisionMacro(vtkSonixVideoSource, "$Revision: 1.0$");
                                      vtkInstantiatorNewMacro(vtkSonixVideoSource);

What other information would be helpful in debugging this issue? Your help is greatly appreciated.
