[vtkusers] Fast Digital Image Inpainting

Is anyone familiar with this algorithm?

I implemented it here (vtkFastDigitalInpainting at
http://github.com/daviddoria/Inpainting), but the results are very bad
compared to the paper.

I've been testing with girls.jpg and girlsmask.jpg in data/orig.

Anyone care to take a look at this?
