[vtkusers] vtk-5.6.1 build failed

Hi all:
    The lastest version of vtk-5.6.1 can be build with vs2005, but can't build with vs2008 and vs2010,
I have tried several times and all failed. Seems have some problems in configure stage:
when begin to compile vtkAbstractMapper3D.cxx, many error report from stdio.h and crtdef.h.
