[vtkusers] How to change window center/level in vtkRenderWindow?

Hi all,
I want to change the windows level/center  in vtkRenderWindow (with mouse
move), but the RenderWindow show the 3D volume data, when i drag the mouse
is change pan the image.
is vtkRenderWindow has some function to change the WL?
how can i do that?
any idea will be appreciate.
