[vtkusers] Remove image actor from renderer

Hi all,

I am trying to change the image displayed on the renderer. But it not
updating with the current pipeline as shown below

ImageReslice(sliceNum,Orientation)---->GetImageSlice------->ImageMapTo
Colors----->GetImageActor------>AddToRenderer----->RenderWithRenderWindow.


This works well for the first time, but when I repeat with a different slice
no. it doesn't change the slice.

I tried by setting
vtkImageReslice->GetOutput->Update/UpdateInformation/UpdateData after
reslicing.

Any hint?
