[vtkusers] Putting vtkActor into the correct position

So, I have a vtkRenderer, which is not interactive, so mouse cannot rotate or
do anything to it.
Now, I want to place a vtkActor 1 inch to the left of the screen, how should
I do it?

I am not using vtkActor2D for a reason, so vtkActor is the one I care
about...
