[vtkusers] Error during compiling QT, VTK, ITK 64 bit versions

They do not provide free libraries for 64bit. But as you mentioned compiling
the 64bit libraries is easy. Download the source code open "Visual Studio
<version> x64 Win64 Command Prompt" then navigate to the source directory
and then "configure.exe" -> "nmake" -> "nmake install"
