[vtkusers] Change text color/style in Distance Widget

Hi all,

I have found the way to change the placers and line color in the distance
widget, but how do I go about changing the default text of the distance
widget as you move the widget?

Do I have to set a different default representation? Any examples of this
would be appreciated.

The same is applicable for the BiDistanceWidget and the AngleWidget.
