[vtkusers] vtkCutter->Update doesn't update the vtkCutter->GetOutput()

@Bill Lorensen : your solution (creating+deleting cutter at each iteration)
works, I think I'm gonna use it because it seems faster than Update+DeepCopy

@Wes Turner : My goal was to go without DeepCopy which can be low sometimes,
and even if I use Modified before Update, I still need to DeepCopy the
Output.

Except if someone can give additionnal informations I can consider this post
as resolved.
