[vtkusers] Path Setting

Initially, I have installed vtk 5.0. Then, I set the environment variable
PATH and TCLLIBPATH that refer to vtk 5.0. Later, I removed version 5.0 and
installed the latest version 5.6. I have changed the PATH and TCLLIBPATH
that to vtk 5.6. However, when I compiled tcl scripts, it cannot find
package vtk. 
Does anyone knows what is happening? Is there still some settings that must
be done in order to refer to version 5.6?
