[vtkusers] Sobel Filter

Hi again.
I tried all of them but i m dealing with imagedatas about 500 M and sobel
makes them bigger during the process, this cause memory problems, cause of
that i turned back to use laplacian. But it is not perfect too, Laplacian
dont let me to determine standart deviation. I keep searchin for better one.
