[vtkusers] vtk not working in ubuntu 10.04

Hello,
I upgraded to ubuntu 10.04 and now when i type vtk in my terminal, it is not working , giving me the next message:"vtk: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/libmpi_cxx.so.0: undefined symbol: ompi_registered_datareps"
Any idea?, i reinstall vtk, but it is not working, curiosly paraview and paraFoam are working nice.
