[vtkusers] Opacity problem with vtkImagePlanewidget

Hi,
I have an application where I display:

a) 3 orthogonal slices in in a vtkImagePlanewidget
b) Surface extracted from the image

(see attached)

I want to be able to change the opacity of the surface, however when I
adjust the opacity of the surface and it overlaps with the image, the
surface is not visible.
Is is because of order of drawing ?or depth buffer issue ?
