[vtkusers] Normalize vtkImageData

Thanks ver much,but I want to normalize with respect to a value.Eg: I want
centre pixel value to be 100% so the values eslewhere woul become relative
magnitude of this.CAn I set to what value I want to normalize in
vtkImageNormalize filter.The example doesn't show that, if I comeup with any
idea I would update the example.
