[vtkusers] what are of cache values to select in cmake for compile vtk?

Hi, I'm trying to compile vtk on windows XP, using cmake
when I am cmake configure, there are some values options for to be
configured, i made some changing but, this don't generate output neither
folders: lib and include, only the folder vtkbin full with folders and
files.
