[vtkusers] Automatic scaling when render window is resized.

I am having a problem with my application that happens in many
examples. Specifically if the render window with is reduced the camera
does not automatically adjust to shrink the image like it does if the
height of the window is reduced.

Here is one example that I experience this.

How do I go about fixing this so that?
