[vtkusers] BIllboard in vtk ?

Hello,

I am using vtk to represent object, with some little sphere on it.
Displaying all these little spheres (even with 6 faces) cause high cpu
usage, and put the framerate down.

I am guessing if VTK have some billboard object ?
I am using billboard with others 3D engine, and it's very usefull...

By billboard i mean a little 2D object, always facing the camera.

So in my case, it could be a little filled circle, always facing the camera,
so for the user, that's simulate a sphere !

I have already find this thread about vtk billboard, but here it's 3D object
with always the same size.
