[vtkusers] Information during callback / vtkImplicitPlaneWidget2

Yes, I can move the cut plane, rotate the cut plane and move the whole 
widget.
In each cases the cutting plane is not cutting the sphere any more.
I just see the cut the plane made after it was first displayed.

How can I determine my VTK version?
