[vtkusers] TestAngleWidget.cxx and TestAngleWidget3D.cxx Warnings

Dear all,

when i tried to run examples below
TestAngleWidget.cxx
TestAngleWidget3D.cxx


i encountered warnings like below
Generic Warning:  ....
Passive observer should not call AddObserver or RemoveObserver .....

and fix for these examples?

i am using self-built vtk5.4 with Visual Studio 2008 express
