[vtkusers] Error in vtkWin32RenderWindowInteractor

Do you use an install tree of VTK? If so, don't try to include the
build directory in addition to the install tree.
I think this is a bug in the install process because it does not copy
vtkTDxConfigure.h from the build tree to the install tree.
