[vtkusers] OSX 10.6 TCL issue "libvtkRendering.5.4.dylib: GC capability mismatch" ( solution too )

If the correct fix requires a version of CMake more recent than 2.6,
then the correct fix will have to wait.  In the meantime, the current
fix is a lot better than nothing.
