[vtkusers] New release of SimVTK

We have a new alpha release of SimVTK, our Simulink wrapper for VTK.

This is release 0.2.3, the highlight for this release is support for
Mac OS X.  New releases for this project occur approximately every six
months.

SimVTK is an automated wrapper for VTK, and like the Tcl, Python, and
Java wrappers it provides access to nearly all of the VTK classes and
to most of the class methods.
