[vtkusers] Cxx to python conversion of an example

Hi all,

Can someone please, convert this very usefull example to python?

http://www.cmake.org/Wiki/VTK/Examples/Visualization/LabelContours

I  tried but in vain, got some error in the loops.

There is vtkScalarBarActor to show the relation between color and scalar
value, but for isoline there is no such thing. May be such an addition would
be of great use!
