[vtkusers] vtkInteractorStyleRubberBand2D problem

Hi all,

I am setting the interactor style to vtkInteractorStyleRubberBand2D, but I
am able to rotate the actors still.

I want to only zoom in 2D, and nothing else?

What's the problem here?
