[vtkusers] Compile VTK for dotnet.

Hi.
I tried to compile the dll itself, but all projects dotnet compiled with
errors. What software do you use to compile and how to compile *dotnet.dll
I used CMake 2.8.2, Visual Studio 2008 and all versions of netframework.
