[vtkusers] parametric curve fitting in VTK

Hello all,

I have a histogram that I calculated using vtkImageAccumulate. Now I wish to
fit, say a Gaussian mixture model to it and determine the residuals.

I could not find a class in VTK which would do that. Does anybody have any
suggestions?
