[vtkusers] Remove vtkBoxWidget2 from View

I would like to remove vtkBoxWidget2 from view after it has been placed and
initialized.

I did not see an obvious method in vtkWidgetRepresentation like RemoveWidget
which
would be the opposite of PlaceWidget.

I also do not understand what exactly is NeedToRender to doing.

Any insights would be much appreciated.
