[vtkusers] how to update the vtkimagedata

Dear All,


I have a pipeline that read dicom data  of skull , reconstruct the
isosurface of the bone  using vtkconourfilter, than I modify in this iso
surface by cutting and transformation


I want to let this modification be done in the vtkimagedata that the
isosurface be created from it , so that when I get the iso surface of the
soft tissue see the modification
