[vtkusers] visualization of 4 images in one render window

Hi,
i'm realize a project using ITK VTK and KWWidget. I'd like to visualize 4
images in the same render window. In particular, 3 images about sagittal,
axial and coronal plane and a 3d volume. Can someone help me, please? i
think there are some standard method.
