[vtkusers] Problem compiling VTK on Windows XP using VS 9 2008

hi, 
i dont know what did you write to qt version part but if you wrote 4.6 it
couldnt find it, you have to write only the first letter of the version. for
example you have to write 4 if you will use 4.6.

and dont forget to say delete cache before reconfiguring.
