[vtkusers] Building the vtk 5.4.2 for Borland C++ Builder 5 & 6

I am trying to build the vtk 5.4.2 (also tried 5.2.1) with Cmake 2.8 (and
tried with some previous versions) for Borland C++ Builder 5 & 6 on a 64 bit
XP and Windows 7 machines, but every time I keep getting different number of
buid errors? Any suggestions.
