[vtkusers] VTK cvs compile errors - reserved words near & far

Hi Francois,

Well, if I read the vtkLight documentation correctly, camera lights are 
positioned in space relatively to the camera, but not always at the same 
position. HeadLights are.
With camera lights, I can have shadow maps with the vtkLightKit (and then 
in ParaView).

Hi Stephane,

You can't see a shadow generated by a light located at the camera. I
don't see the point to compute it.
