[vtkusers] Use a handle to translate in a specific direction only.

I'm attemping to create a set of handles that will translate an object only
along certain one-dimensional paths - that object's effective X/Y/Z axes,
which will not necessarily line up with the scene axes. Can anyone give me a
pointer on how to constrain the motion of the handles like this?
