[vtkusers] Degenerate topology - cell face used more than twice

During volume rendering I use to get the message:

vtkUnstructuredGridBunykRayCastFunction (0xaa05308): Degenerate topology
- - cell face used more than twice

I am sure the grid is OK by inspecting the qualities (if it weren't, the
solver generating the results I am inspecting wouldn't converge anyway).
The mesh points are 'double' and the mesh elements are relatively small
(order of microns). Can it be caused by using 'floats' somewhere?
