[vtkusers] xxxxxSPAMxxxxx I don't found QVTKWidget.h and QVTK.lib

Hi,

I have problem founding QVTKWidget.h. I'm not able to compile VTK with 
Visual Studio because I haven't QVTK.lib and there isn't QVTKWidget.h in ..
\GUISupport\Qt\.

Please, help me.
