[vtkusers] wx python scripts segfault

I am using wxWidgets2.8 and wxPython2.8 built from source on Fedora 11. If I
run

python wxVTKRenderWindowInteractor.py

from

/home/doriad/src/VTK/Wrapping/Python/vtk/wx

it just says "Segmentation Fault".

Any thoughts on why this might be?
