[vtkusers] VTK Extractedge /color /emphasise selected cell

Hey Experts!

I am trying to extract edges of a selected cell. The issue i am having is
that i am unable to extract dataset for the specific cell from a larger
dataset. As such my extractedges sub ends up extracting edges of the entire
object.

While we are at it- how can we undo this extraction?

...any other ideas as to how to highlight or color a picked cell would also
be much appreciated
