[vtkusers] Infovis: vtkAnnotationLayers default selection node

Hey,

I had a little problem with the default vtkSelection (output) when I created a vtkAnnotationLink. 

If you look inside the default vtkAnnotationLayers at the default vtkSelectionNode placed in the default vtkSelection, the FieldType ends up as UNKNOWN because in the constructor of vtkAnnotationLayers SetContentType() is called, but not SetFieldType().

Maybe there should be a default FieldType set there?
