[vtkusers] Error in build using vtk 5.4

Hi all,

Just figured out what was happening with the error. Thanks Denis for the
pointer. The problem was that I was using the debian-multimedia reps, and
the ffmpeg libraries were different - newer version - and with that any
program that was not updated to use that version of ffmpeg was giving wrong
results. Removed the rep, cleaned all the libraries that I installed from
there, installed from the official debs reps, and voilà, it compiles.
