[vtkusers] VTK_USE_MATLAB_MEX mac problem with libvtkGraphics

Hey Jeff (and Tom),

Thanks, that at least gets it running. 

It seems like one of those things that shouldn't need to be done that way to work -- there should be some way to take care of it during the build instead -- but, unfortunately, I'm too ignorant to know the answer offhand.
