[vtkusers] Adding examples to wiki

Hi ,

Could anyone tell me how to add examples to wiki. Once David sent me a
detailed procedure, but unfortunately I deleted those mails and I am not
able to get it even from the vtk mail archives.

Sorry for the posting the same problem again.
