[vtkusers] Black image with offscreen rendering(using osmesa)

Hi,
  I have built my vtk 5.0.3 with offscreen rendering using osmesa. The
vtk is automatically able to find all necessary libraries on Ubuntu
9.10 (Vostro 1520 laptop). However, the image that is being rendered
in offscreen mode is black. If I render image without offscreen
rendering then I get correct output. Can any body guide me about how
to make osmesa offscreen rendering to work.
