[vtkusers] 32bit vtk app in a 64 bit Windows 7

I am noticing that my 32 bit vtk app runs on some 64 bits Windows 7 systems
and not others. I have tracked the potential
problem to be in the NVidia drivers nvoglv32.dll. I was wondering if others
have experienced similar problems and if so what
might be the solution.
