[vtkusers] Errors building libQVTK.dll

I got this to build by turning on VTK_USE_CHARTS, _GEOVIS, _INFOVIS,  
and _VIEWS. I don't know which of these was necessary.  It isn't easy  
to get definitive info on the options, both what options there are and  
in which circumstances they are needed.
