[vtkusers] Problem with last step of building VTK in VS 2010

I was wondering why VS 2010 can't create folders when I am on my
administrator account. I just forgot that on Windows 7 there is option to
run programs with the administrator rights. I did this and everything went
just fine :) Thanks for your help
