[vtkusers] Reverse the y-axis in VTK/Charts (vtkChartsXY)

Hi folks,

I've been looking for a way to display the Y-Axis in reverse (instead of it
going from 0+ as y moves up, i want it in the reverse direction, say 0 at
the top and increasing as it goes down)

Is there a way to do this currently? If not, is there a way to request this
functionality?
