[vtkusers] display overlay in vtkImageViewer2

Hi

I display a Dicom volume in a vtkImageViewer2. I want know display an
overlay from a second binary volume made of a 3d mesh.

So for example all the pixels with a 1 in the second volume should be
displayed in half transparent red.

How can I do this? Can I set 2 Input volumes for the viewer or do I have to
make a new volume that contains all the information.
