[vtkusers] bug in vtkLogoRepresentation

I'll extend my comments on this bug,

in vtkLogoRepresentation, there is a MinimumSize and MaximumSize.
However, I can't seem to find ANY reference to those variables except for
the getter/setters.

The setting doesn't seem to work, and I'm not sure how it even could work.

Ideas?
