[vtkusers] How to create basic shapes using vtkPolyData

I am already doing this!

My aim is to create much more complicated shapes, for ease of understanding
I mentioned basic shapes so that I can learn easier things first.I think if
I go to the nightly docs, I will find some examples in vtkPolyData class.
