[vtkusers] Show in memory Microsoft bitmap

Hello
vtkBMPReader may load a bitmap in hard disk. How to load a Microsoft bitmap
in memory?

Now I have to save my in memory bitmap to hard disk, then load it back using
vtkBMPReader. I want to ask vtk to load the bitmap in memory directly,
without saving a temporary bitmap file.
